Delivery & returns

Shipped from Singapore, not forwarded from Korea.

Delivery anywhere in Singapore is S$5, free on orders of S$120 or more, and normally arrives within 1 to 3 working days. Stock sits in Singapore, so there is no wait on a parcel from Korea and no import duty to settle at the door. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days.

How long will it take?

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually packed and sent the same day; after that, the next working day. Delivery within Singapore then normally takes 1 to 3 working days. We do not send on Sundays or public holidays.

Those timings start once your order is confirmed. Card payment on the site is being switched on, so for now you send us your order from the bag and we reply within one working day with stock confirmation and payment details. We pack it as soon as that is settled.

What does delivery cost?

S$5 to any Singapore address, and free once your order reaches S$120. The fee is shown in your bag before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards โ€” the total you see is the total you are charged.

Generex Singapore delivers within Singapore only, including to HDB blocks, condominiums and offices. If you are ordering from outside Singapore, buy from the brand directly rather than through this site.

Can I return something?

Yes, if it is unopened and still sealed, within 14 days of delivery. Email sherry@generex.sg with your order reference first, send it back in its original carton, and the refund goes to the card you paid with once it arrives and has been checked. Return postage is yours unless the return is our error.

Opened skincare cannot be resold, so an opened ampoule, cream, cleanser or mask is not returnable on change of mind. That is the standard position for cosmetics and it is worth knowing before you break a seal.

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is simply not what you ordered, that is different: photograph it, email us within 7 days, and we replace it or refund it in full including postage. You do not pay to correct our mistake.

How do I pay, and is it safe?

Card payment on the site is being switched on. Until it is, place your order as normal and we will email you within one working day to confirm stock and send payment details. Nothing is charged until you have confirmed the order with us.

When card payment goes live it will be handled by Stripe, the payment company used by a large share of online shops worldwide โ€” you will enter your card details on Stripe's own secure page, never on this site.

Prices are in Singapore dollars. Your bag shows the subtotal, the delivery fee and the total before you order, and that total is what you pay. There are no handling fees and no currency conversion.

How do I store them, and how long do they keep?

Keep them somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sunlight โ€” which in a Singapore flat means not on the windowsill and not in the bathroom window. A bedroom drawer is fine; a fridge is not necessary.

Every carton carries an expiry date and a period-after-opening symbol (an open jar with a number, such as 12M, meaning twelve months once opened). The sealed 7 ml and 10 ml vials are meant to be used over consecutive days once opened rather than kept for months. If a product arrives close to its expiry date, tell us and we will replace it.
