What is an ampoule?
An ampoule is the Korean skincare word for a concentrated serum sold in a small dose. It is stronger than an ordinary serum and used a few drops at a time, which is why a 15 ml bottle lasts six to eight weeks. It goes on after cleansing and before moisturiser. Seven of the eleven Generex products are ampoules, from a 7 ml sealed vial up to a 50 ml bottle.
What is Generex?
Generex is a Korean skincare brand made by Neoregen Biotech Co., Ltd. in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do. It describes itself as a bio-derma cosmetic brand. Its range is eleven products: seven ampoules from 7 ml to 50 ml, two enriched creams, one biome cleanser and one soothing mask.
Is Generex Singapore an authorised reseller?
Yes. Generex Singapore is the authorised Singapore reseller of Generex. Our stock comes through the brand's own supply chain rather than from unofficial importers, so what you receive is genuine, in date and in its proper carton. It is held and shipped here in Singapore, so it arrives on local delivery timings with no customs charge to pay on arrival.
Which Generex ampoule should I start with?
Pick by what you want it to do. Choose the Derma Tox Lifting Complex Ampoule for firmness, the Cellular Rejuvenation Complex Ampoule for fine lines and renewal, and an NR-9GF ampoule if you want the strongest of the three. If you would rather try the brand cheaply first, the Malgeum Soothing Mask is the least expensive product Generex makes.
Can I use two Generex ampoules on the same night?
Generally no. The Derma Tox, Cellular Rejuvenation and NR-9GF ampoules all do the same job in a routine, so using two on one night means paying twice for one result. There are two exceptions: the Purifying Solution Ampoule is a short clarifying course that can run alongside another ampoule, and the TRX-Toning Shot Ampoule is a lighter layer that goes on before your main ampoule.
What is the difference between the 1EA and 4EA packs?
Nothing except quantity and price per bottle. A 4EA pack is four of the identical bottle, bought as a course. The Derma Tox Lifting Complex Ampoule is the clearest example: four bottles work out cheaper each than one bought singly. Four products in the range are sold in two pack sizes, chosen on the product page.
How long does a Generex ampoule last?
At two to three pumps a night, a 15 ml ampoule runs roughly six to eight weeks. That is the reason the Derma Tox and Cellular Rejuvenation ampoules are also sold as four-bottle courses, which is about six months of nightly use. The 50 ml TRX-Toning Shot is the exception and is sized to be used generously over the neck as well as the face.
Which cream goes with which ampoule?
Match the cream to your ampoule. The Dermatox Firming Enriched Cream goes with a Derma Tox ampoule and the Cellular Rejuvenation Enriched Cream goes with a Cellular one. The cream goes on last, over the ampoule, and holds it against the skin overnight. The two creams are alternatives rather than layers, so there is no reason to own both.
Is there a Generex eye product?
One: the Cellular Lifting Eye Ampoule, 15 ml. It works in any Generex routine, because there is nothing else in the range competing with it. It goes on after your treatment ampoule and before cream.
I have sensitive skin. Can I use these?
Most people can, but treat any concentrated ampoule carefully at first: use it every second night for the first week rather than nightly, and stop if your skin stings or stays red. Patch test on your inner forearm for 24 hours before putting a new product on your face. If you have a known allergy, a skin condition, or you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor first — these are cosmetics, not medicines, and nothing here treats a medical condition.
Where can I see the full ingredient list?
It is printed on every carton, as Korean law requires. Generex does not publish its ingredient lists in English online, so we do not reproduce them here rather than risk getting one wrong. Email sherry@generex.sg naming the product and we will send you exactly what is on the carton before you order. Please do that first if you have any allergy.
How should I store them, and how long do they last?
Somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sunlight — a bedroom drawer rather than a bathroom windowsill. Refrigeration is not needed. Each carton shows an expiry date and a period-after-opening symbol, an open-jar icon with a figure such as 12M meaning twelve months once opened. The sealed 7 ml and 10 ml vials are meant to be finished over consecutive days once opened, not kept for months.
How much is delivery, how long does it take, and where do you ship?
Delivery is S$5 anywhere in Singapore and free on orders of S$120 or more. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually sent the same day, and delivery normally takes 1 to 3 working days after that. Generex Singapore ships within Singapore only. Stock is held here, so nothing is forwarded from Korea and there is no import duty to pay on arrival.
How do I pay?
Card payment on the site is being switched on. For now, place your order as normal and we will email you within one working day to confirm stock and send payment details — nothing is charged until you have confirmed. Prices are in Singapore dollars and the total shown in your bag is the total you pay, with no handling fee and no currency conversion.
Can I return a Generex product?
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original card; return postage is yours. Opened skincare cannot be resold and is not returnable on change of mind, so ask us before you buy if you are unsure. Anything that arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect is replaced or refunded in full including postage.
